This installation was my Thesis exhibition at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. The work is of two long pieces of fabric that are each 6 yards in length. One is a solid white cloth with patterns of the Taj Mahal on it. This cloth was hand woven by myself and it represents me as an individual. The other cloth has iron on images of my family. They are covered with warp thread as a symbol of me being separate from them.
